One of the rarest Rosé wines. 20% of the grapes are still pressed by foot, the remainder are added whole and unbroken. The wine is taken from the fermenting must at the precise point when it is between a rose and a red. The result is a complexe wine with a bouquet slightly reminiscent of wild strawberries.
